About Us
Reddick
Family Chair Caning was created in 1974 by Imogene Reddick.
Energetic, curious, and not one to sit around idly, Imogene had learned
the craft of chair caning from her late husband, who had owned a furniture
restoration business. She soon put this knowledge to work, quickly
becoming well-known and respected among furniture
dealers and private individuals for her high quality craftsmanship and the
pride she has taken with each piece of furniture she has touched.
Imogene, wishing to pass on her craft to her family,
taught daughter Dianna and son-in-law JD the craft she has perfected over
the years. Now, both Dianna and JD are an integral part of the
business in which Imogene still actively participates. You can be
assured that every piece of furniture handled by Reddick Family Chair
Caning is meticulously and professionally restored by a member of the
family. You will see that pride in family craftsmanship in every
piece |
